We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
We endeavor to make the best products possible. We want everybody to be satisfied with what they buy from Atwood`s Bakery.
Items shipped
Items are prepared fresh and shipped promptly. If you are dissatisfied with a product that you receive we will replace it or refund your purchase price, at our option. If a product is replaced or the purchase is refunded we reserve the right to have the defective item shipped back to us.
If you are dissatisfied with the delivery or the product is damaged then you should file a claim with UPS, which is our preferred shipper. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of UPS, but we will endeavor to help you any way that we can. UPS is not responsible for delays due to acts of God, nature or terrorists.
Items ordered on line and picked up locally.
If you are dissatisfied with an edible product purchased you may return it for a refund or replacement. If more than ½ of the product remains we will make you another one or refund the purchase on a gift card. If less than ½ of the product remains we will issue a gift card refund proportionate to the amount of product that you return.
